Sandra Westlund-Deenihan, president of Schaumburg, Ill-based Quality Float Works, was elected to the board of directors of the Tooling and Manufacturing Association. Quality Float Works Inc. is a manufacturing company that produces metal float balls that are used in a wide variety of industries such as gas, oil and plumbing.
Westlund-Deenihan's appointment to the board is in recognition of her lifetime commitment to the manufacturing industry, the leadership she has exhibited with the organization and represents her unique position as a female executive in a male-dominated industry.
