Bobrick Washroom Equipment Inc. recently acquired the assets of General Accessory Mfg. Co. (GAMCO) from The Liberty Hardware Group of Masco Corp. GAMCO is a manufacturer of stainless-steel and specialty washroom accessory products used in nonresidential buildings. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GAMCO will operate as a separate division of Bobrick, headed by newly apppointed Division Manager Dan Frame. Frame most recently served as division manager of Bobrick's Jackson, Tenn., manufacturing and distribution center.
