Little Giant Sold To Franklin Electric
Little Giant Pump Co. was acquired by Franklin Electric Co., a manufacturer of submersible electric motors and a global supplier of water and fuel pumping systems. The transaction was a stock purchase agreement worth $121 million with Tecumseh Products Co., of which Little Giant was a wholly owned subsidiary.
