Ferguson Enterprises recently purchased two plumbing wholesale distributors: Carson, Calif.-based Indiana Plumbing Supply Co. (a.k.a. The Plumbers Warehouse) and Alamo Plumbing and Supply, based in Ruidoso, N.M. Also, Wolseley Canada recently acquired Can-Con Industries, a distributor of pipe fittings for the natural gas, oil and water industries. No other details of these transactions were available at press time.
