2qwJH Kelly (Longview, Wash.) received the Northwest Construction Consumer Council Distinguished Project Award for Private Projects Over $10 Million for its Shell Puget Sound Refinery Sulfur Recovery Unit No. 4 project. JH Kelly was the constructor and key subcontractor for the project, providing the structural steel erection, boilermaker services, equipment setting, piping installation and small bore pipe fabrication work scopes.

Criteria for evaluating projects for the award include safety record, meeting goals and objectives, successful front-end loading, meeting cost and schedule milestones, team contributions and unique features.
