MoreElkay Manufacturing is forming a new Plumbing Products Division, which will incorporate the company's lines of residential and commercial sinks, faucets, water coolers and related accessories.
R. James Scott, current president of the Elkay Division, will be president of the new division. Stanley Bandur will become the division's president of North American operations; Robert Seeley will be the executive vice president, marketing and sales, North America; and Stephen C. Rogers will be vice president, engineering and sink & faucet product development.
Thomas E. Cook will be promoted to president of Elkay's Cabinetry Division, succeeding Bandur. Richard H. Dickson will be promoted to managing director, global business development; and Emmanuel Bonhomme will be country manager, China Region.
