The Chamber of Northeast Cincinnati awarded Basco Shower Enclosures, Mason, Ohio, as its 2005 Business of the Year. This award recognizes a company for its generous involvement, dedication and financial support for the betterment of the group's service area.

Basco was honored for its continuing service to area residents and business community, and for exhibiting significant involvement resulting in growth for the community. The contributions made by Basco's employees in addition to its corporate contributions were also considered in the selection process.

President and CEO George Rohde accepted the award on behalf of Basco at a special dinner.
