Bob Lechner, U.S. national sales manager of SFA Saniflo Inc., was recently called for active duty in the U.S. Naval Reserves. His tour will be 12 months, including service in the Middle East. A 10-year veteran in the reserves with a current rank of BU2-Builder 2nd Class, Lechner serves in the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 21. Also known as “Seebees,” these units build naval shore facilities in combat zones. Lechner, shown here in California where he received his training, was slated to be deployed to Kuwait in support of “Operation Enduring Freedom.” Lechner lives in Toms River, N.J., with his wife, Whitney, and one-year-old daughter, Olivia Elizabeth.
