Net sales for Jacuzzi Brands fiscal year 2005 were up slightly to $1.21 billion from $1.20 billion in fiscal year 2004. A 14.6 percent increase in Plumbing Products sales was partially offset by a slight decrease in Bath Products sales and the absence of Rexair sales in the fiscal 2005 fourth quarter (the sale of Rexair was completed June 30, 2005).

The decrease in the Bath Products segment resulted from the slowdown in the United Kingdom market and softness in the Italian bath and U.S. spa markets.
