  • Comfort Systems USA promoted Thomas N. Tanner to chief operating officer. Prior this appointment, he served as senior vice president of operations, vice president of operations, vice president of the East Region and East Region controller.

  • Industrial and commercial HVAC firm Team Mechanical Inc. (Buffalo Grove, Ill.) promoted Robert Doessel to vice president of construction operations. He previously served as director of field operations for the company, and has more than 25 years in the industry.

  • Randall W. Luecke was appointed president of Toronto-based CSA International, which provides testing and certification services for electrical, mechanical, plumbing and gas products. Previously CSA's vice president of certification, Luecke will work primarily from CSA's Cleveland office.
