University Hospital of Cincinnati updated 16 of its operating rooms with Sloan scrub sinks and Optima® electronic faucets to conserve water and enhance the hospital’s hygienic conditions. The scrub sinks’ adjustable thermostatic settings and flow features provide the hospital with substantial energy and water savings.
For Indiana State University, water savings and reduced maintenance were reported after the installation of Sloan’s Act-O-Matic® self-cleaning showerheads throughout the 11,000-student campus. The showerheads have 2.5 gpm flow control that meets federal and state water conservation requirements.
