Patterned after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the Lincoln Gold Awards recognize Illinois corporations with exemplary quality systems and processes. Walter Reilly, Elkay's corporate vice president of human resources and corporate services, serves as president of the Lincoln Foundation.
