Other management changes include the appointment of Michael Parry as CEO of EMCOR's Construction Services Division, and John Warga as executive vice president and chief financial officer of the same division.
In other news, the company reported $4.53 billion in revenue for 2003, 14.3 percent higher than 2002's $3.97 billion. The Consolidated Engineering Services acquisition of 2002 contributed $412.6 million in revenues for 2003. Net income was much lower in 2003, $20.6 million compared to 2002's $62.9 million.
