Bradley Corp. and Lawler Mfg. Co. Inc. have entered into a settlement agreement as a result of a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Lawler Mfg.

Bradley acknowledges the infringement on portions of two specific Lawler patents associated with its thermostatic mixing valves technology. Bradley acknowledges these U.S. patents as valid and will market six thermostatic mixing valves under a licensing agreement from Lawler.
