The American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) elected a new board during its 2000 Convention and Engineered Plumbing Exposition in Nashville, Tenn., in October. The society's members voted to appoint David Chin, P.E., C.I.P.E., C.P.D., as the new ASPE President.

Other appointments include Julius Ballanco, P.E., as Vice President, Legislative; J. Joseph Scott, C.I.P.E., as Vice President, Technical; Ronald George, C.I.P.E., as Vice President, Education; and Brian Salisbury, C.I.P.E., as Vice President, Membership. Larry Oliver, C.I.P.E., C.P.D., will continue for another term as Secretary of the Treasury.
