Jim Abrams and John Young, who have organized three successful organizations for contractors, have launched "Wealth Now!" to help match buyers and sellers of residential service businesses in plumbing and HVAC.

In its first 10 weeks, "Wealth Now!" is representing 17 independent businesses with a combined annual revenue of $41.4 million and profits averaging 16.8 percent. The businesses are located across the continental United States and range in size from $800,000 to $8 million in sales.

With "Wealth Now!" Abrams and Young are drawing upon their extensive knowledge and many connections in the p-h-c industries to match expanding businesses with owners who wish to sell their companies for true market value.
