The Plumbing Contractors of America, formerly the National Plumbing Bureau of MCAA, has a new management team for its PCA Education Conference Sept. 21-23, 2000, in St. Louis. New team members include Joan Braun, executive vice president of the PMCA of Milwaukee, Pat Fink, MCAA's director of affiliate support services, and Jeff Beiriger, PMCA of Milwaukee's associate director.
