MoreThe International Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Officials has expanded its roll-in program for inspector certification. If you are certified as a plumbing or mechanical inspector and have passed an inspector examination, you may be eligible for the IAPMO Special Voluntary Inspector Certification Roll-In Program.
After submitting the required documentation, a 50-question, multiple choice, take-home exam will be mailed out. After passing the exam, inspectors will receive a wallet card and wall certificate. The certification must be renewed every three years.
