The Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association of Northern Illinois won its second consecutive APEX Award of Excellence for Web and Internet Site Content for its Web site, www.pamcani.org. The awards are sponsored annually by the editors of Writing That Works, a nationally circulated newsletter. They are based on content, usability and overall communications excellence in corporate, nonprofit and independent settings.
