Prophet 21, a technology provider for durable goods distributors, announced the acquisition of Trade Service Systems Inc., the electrical distributors division of TradePower, parent company of Estimation Inc.

Prophet 21 will acquire the 300-strong customer base and intellectual capital of Trade Service Systems. Combined, the newly merged company will serve more than 600 electrical distributors. Trade Service Systems' products and services will be supported, marketed, and sold by Prophet 21.
