Plumbing specialties firm PlumbMaster was officially acquired in January by the private equity firm Bradford Equities Management LLC. Lloyd Coppedge will serve as president and CEO of the company, which will be based in Concordville, Pa.

Coppedge led a management buyout of the Wolverine Brass Co. in 1988 and served as president and majority shareholder until the firm was sold to Bradford in 2001. The new PlumbMaster will be focused on adding products and lines geared to the professional plumbing markets.
