Valve Handbook

Elkay acquired decorative plumbing product manufacturer Phylrich International, headquartered in Burbank, Calif. Elkay President Jim Scott said the acquisition "supports our strategy to expand Elkay's presence in the luxury faucet market." Terms were not disclosed.

In other news, the company announced it is relocating and expanding its Ogden, Utah, sink manufacturing operations, nearly tripling the size of the existing facility. The transition should be completed late this year.
