Watts Water Technologies acquired Sea Tech Inc., located in Wilmington, N.C., in an asset purchase transaction. Sea Tech is a $6 million company that produces a wide range of standard and custom quick- connect fittings, valves and manifolds and PEX tubing. Watts also acquired HF Scientific Inc., located in Fort Myers, Fla., in a stock purchase transaction. HF Scientific manufactures and distributes a line of instrumentation equipment, test kits and chemical reagents used for monitoring water quality in a variety of applications. The company does approximately $5 million in annual revenue.
