Mestek Inc. recently sponsored the 2004 U.S. Women's Open Championship, the first major golf championship ever played in Western Massachusetts where Mestek is based (Westfield, Mass.). Mestek's Distributor Products Group, which includes HydroTherm, Smith Cast Iron Boilers, RBI, SpacePak, Sterling and Beacon Morris, was one of four top-level sponsors of the prestigious LPGA event held recently at The Orchards in South Hadley, Mass.
