Two new programs have been initiated this year by the PHCC Educational Foundation.

Two new programs that have been initiated this year by the PHCC Educational Foundation are the "Personnel Notebook," a monthly bulletin on personnel management issues, and the "Focus" newsletter, with information on Foundation programs and how they are benefiting contractors in the industry.
