Mueller Industries Announces Record Third Quarter

Mueller Industries reported $26.3 million.

Mueller Industries Inc. reported a 40 percent increase in net income for the third quarter of 1999. Net income was $26.3 million, or $0.66 per diluted share, which compares to $18.8 million, or $0.47 per diluted share for the same quarter of 1998.
