Watts Acquires Heatway

Watts Industries Inc. announced its acquisition of Chiles Power Supply and Bask LLC.

Watts Industries Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of Chiles Power Supply and Bask LLC, better known as Heatway, in Springfield, Mo. Heatway manufactures hydronic and electric radiant, and snowmelting systems, and has annualized sales of approximately $11 million. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Watts, designer and manufacturer of an extensive line of valves for the PHC and water quality markets, has worldwide sales exceeding $520 million.
