Six new locations have been selected for the Fall 2005 rotation of the I=B=R Hydronic Heating Schools, presented by the Hydronics Institute Division of GAMA and managed by BNP Media. More than 700 people have attended I=B=R courses during the last 24 months.

The two-day I=B=R Schools will be held at the following locations:

  • Marlborough, Mass., Oct. 18-19
  • Brockton/Lynn, Mass., Oct. 20-21
  • Pittsburgh, Nov. 1-2
  • Altoona, Pa., Nov. 3-4
  • Clark, N.J., Nov. 15-16
  • Paramus, N.J., Nov. 17-18
The I=B=R Schools cover the key fundamentals and are designed for contractors, wholesalers, technicians, engineers, facility managers, consultants and those wanting to improve their knowledge and skills of hydronic heating. Topics include: heat loss calculations, boiler and pipe sizing, controls, baseboard and radiation, indirect water heating, zoning, wiring, circulators, and more.

In addition to expert instruction, attendees receive two valuable textbooks: “Guide to Residential Hydronic Heating Design/Installation” and “Heat Loss Calculation Guide H22” ($130 value). Attendees also receive lunch, beverages and snacks on both days, plus a certificate of course completion.
