MoreDualStar Technologies Corp. has received a Nasdaq Staff Determination notifying the company that it has not met the minimum bid price requirements for continued listing.
The notice of noncompliance subjects DualStar to delisting from the Nasdaq National Market. However, DualStar has requested a hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to review the Staff Determination. During the review process, the company's securities will continue to be listed. There is no assurance the panel will grant the company's request for continued listing.
