Robert M. Payne retired after 10 years as president and CEO of CDA, the trade organization for the copper and brass industry. This culminates a 40 -year career in nonferrous metals that began with Revere Copper and Brass, Inc. Andrew G. Kireta, Sr., following 21 years with the association, was named to succeed Payne by the CDA board of directors. Kireta began his career with the United Association Local 520 and was a field superintendent for G.R. Sponaugle & Sons in Harrisburg, Pa.
