Selkirk’s Heatfab subsidiary announced that it will replace the Saf-T Vent CI product line with Saf-T Vent CI Plus. The company ceased taking orders for the Saf-T Vent CI product line April 30, but will continue to carry CI parts needed to support the single-wall product line (supports, penetrations, etc).

Saf-T Vent CI Plus features a 1-inch airspace, allowing for reduced clearance to combustible materials. Unlike the CI product, CI Plus can be fully enclosed in a combustible chase, provided the proper clearance is maintained.
