The RAUGEO is a high-efficiency geothermal energy source for heating and cooling. Composed of RAUGEO PEXa pipe, EVERLOC fittings, geothermal manifolds and a horizontal or vertical ground loop heat exchanger, the system capitalizes on the earth’s ability to provide and store heat energy. A heat transfer fluid is circulated below the earth’s surface to the geothermal heat pump, collecting and concentrating heat from the ground and delivering it to the building during heating. When cooling, excess heat is removed from the building and dispersed into the ground.
