Benjamin Franklin Plumbing parent, Clockwork Home Services Inc., acquired Atlanta-based Mister Sparky Inc., one of the largest residential electrical service and repair companies in North America. Mister Sparky employs a staff of 68 in the metropolitan Atlanta area.

Patrick Kennedy, founder and CEO of Mister Sparky, will join Clockwork as vice president of franchise sales.
