At its Rebates and Tax Incentives page of the SHIELD site http://shield.lochinvar.com, visitors will discover special offers designed to benefit both the contractor and the customer. Contractors can register online to receive a $50 rebate for every SHIELD commercial water heater installed until Dec. 31, 2009 (up to 20 units).

Also, with each registration form and proof of purchase submitted, contractors are entered in a grand-prize drawing for a PowerMate Stair Climbing System, valued at more than $4,000. This tool is designed to provide smart, cost-effective and safe ways to move heavy products.

As a testament to Lochinvar’s confidence in the SHIELD design, the company is also offering contractors who are not completely satisfied with a full refund for the water heater along with a cash compensation of $250. In addition, Lochinvar provides links to local rebates and incentives in various geographic regions.
